Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CounselorReady ("Service"), operated by Ga Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC ("GAITP LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CounselorReady provides continuing education courses, credential tracking, certificate storage, and related professional development tools for mental health counselors. The Service is intended for educational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Free Trial and Subscription

New users receive a 7-day free trial that includes access to 1 free CE course with certificate, full tracker functionality, and all platform features. After the trial period, paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No prorated refunds are provided for unused time
• Your data may be retained for a reasonable period

6. Continuing Education Credits

CounselorReady is operated by Ga Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC, an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP #7760). Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Ga Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

While we make every effort to ensure our programs meet CE requirements, it is your responsibility to verify that courses meet your specific state licensing board requirements. We do not guarantee that any program will be accepted by all licensing boards.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or share course content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Misrepresent your completion of CE courses

8. Intellectual Property

All content — including courses, materials, logos, software, and platform technology — is the property of GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC (GAITP LLC) and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Trademarks: CounselorReady™, CReady™ Viewer, Researched-N-Ready™, and "Learn. License. Lead."™ are trademarks of GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unplanned outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAITP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Trademark Disclaimer

NCMHCE® is a registered trademark of the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. (NBCC). DSM-5® is a registered trademark of the American Psychiatric Association (APA). CounselorReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NBCC or APA.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
