Our Commitment to Equal Access

CounselorReady is committed to providing equal access to continuing education for all licensed mental health professionals, without discrimination of any kind. This policy applies to all programs, services, and platform features offered by GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all aspects of our programs and services, including enrollment, course content, assessments, certificate issuance, platform features, pricing, financial assistance, marketing, and complaint handling.

3. Culturally Responsive Content

Our continuing education programs are designed to reflect the diversity of clients served by mental health professionals, incorporate multicultural and social justice perspectives, and avoid language or frameworks that marginalize any group. If you identify content that is discriminatory or culturally insensitive, please report it through our Complaint & Grievance Process.

4. Financial Access

CounselorReady offers a free tier, a 7-day free trial including one full CE course, and hardship accommodations for qualifying subscribers. Contact support@counselorready.com to inquire about financial assistance.

5. Reporting a Violation

If you believe you have experienced discrimination, you have the right to file a complaint. See our Complaint & Grievance Process for full instructions. No retaliation will occur for complaints submitted in good faith.

6. Applicable Law

This policy is intended to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and applicable Georgia state anti-discrimination statutes.
