Complaint & Grievance Process

NBCC ACEP Requirement
As an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP #7760), GA Integrated Therapeutic Perspectives LLC maintains a formal complaint and grievance process. All complaints are handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially.
1. Scope
This process applies to complaints related to:
- Course content accuracy or quality
- CE credit calculation or certificate issuance
- Instructor conduct or qualifications
- Platform accessibility or technical barriers
- Billing, refunds, or subscription issues
- Discrimination or ADA accommodation denials
- Any alleged violation of NBCC ACEP standards
2. How to Submit a Complaint
Send to support@counselorready.com with subject line "Formal Complaint".

Please include:
- Your full name and account email
- Date(s) of the issue
- Course name or code (if applicable)
- Description of the complaint
- Supporting documentation or screenshots
- Your desired resolution
3. Response Timeline

| Acknowledgment | 2 business days | Confirm receipt, assign case number |
| Investigation | 10 business days | Review complaint and gather information |
| Resolution | 15 business days | Written findings and resolution |
| Appeal | 10 days after resolution | Submit appeal (see Section 4) |
4. Appeals
If unsatisfied with the resolution, appeal within 10 business days by emailing support@counselorready.com with subject "Complaint Appeal – [Case Number]". Appeals are reviewed by Kejuiana Johnson, MA, LPC, NCC, CPCS, BC-TMH. A final decision will be issued within 10 business days.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation
All complaints are treated confidentially. CounselorReady strictly prohibits retaliation against any person who submits a complaint in good faith. Complaints and resolutions are retained for a minimum of 3 years per NBCC ACEP requirements.
