What is it?

Researched-N-Ready CE lets you search real, peer-reviewed journal articles from the OpenAlex database — filtered to psychology, counseling psychology, and clinical psychology — and convert them into NBCC-approved continuing education credit.

Instead of sitting through a generic webinar, you read current scholarship that actually matters to your practice. Then you take a short posttest to demonstrate what you learned. Pass at 75% and your CE certificate is generated instantly.

How does it work?

1. Search. Enter a topic — trauma-informed care, supervision, motivational interviewing, whatever you need. Browse open-access articles from peer-reviewed journals, filtered to counseling and psychology.
2. Select. Pick 1–4 articles that interest you. The platform shows word count, estimated CE hours, and citation count for each article so you can build toward your target hours.
3. Submit. Send your selection for a quick admin review. Once approved, AI reads your selected articles and generates a 6,200+ word clinical practice article that synthesizes the research into practical application — plus a posttest tied directly to the content.
4. Read. Open the generated article right in the platform. You can also print, download, or save it for later. Take your time — there’s no timer.
5. Test. Take the posttest. 75% to pass, three attempts allowed. Questions are drawn from the generated content, not trick questions from footnotes.
6. Earn. Pass and your NBCC-approved CE certificate is generated on the spot. Hours are automatically logged to your credentials dashboard.

What do you get?

CE hours are calculated at 6,000 words per hour, rounded down to the nearest half hour, per NBCC standards. All articles are sourced from OpenAlex and filtered to psychology and counseling journals. Credit is awarded under GAITP LLC, NBCC ACEP Provider #7760.
