Maybe you've been carrying worry that won't quiet down, or a heaviness that makes ordinary days feel hard. Maybe you're a service member or veteran adjusting to life changes, or carrying experiences that still follow you. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to sort through it alone.

I'm KeKe, and for 14 years I've walked alongside young adults, adults, and older adults through anxiety, depression, relationship and marriage struggles, career questions, self-esteem, and big life transitions. I warmly welcome LGBTQ+ clients and people of every background, and I care about understanding how your culture and experiences shape your story.

In our time together, I'll listen first. We'll build on the strengths you already have, notice the thought patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and gently explore how past experiences and relationships may still be affecting you today. We'll also work on practical coping skills you can use day to day. For couples, I use proven tools to help partners communicate and reconnect. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
